Hi Girlfriend! I am Lena and I’m so glad you stopped by to learn more about our boutique. I am a Registered Nurse and have been working at a Kansas City Children’s hospital for the last 38 years. It was during the COVID crisis that I began thinking about doing something else, totally unrelated to healthcare! 

These 3 thoughts came to mind:

• I like fun purses
• My girlfriends are my support and my joy
• Online shopping has become a popular place to shop

These three thoughts lead to the creation of A Little Bit Lena: an online boutique created for women to find fun and stylish bags and accessories to treat themselves or to give as gifts. Either way, I hope you find something you love. 

My desire is for this to be more than just a boutique. I want it to be a place where women can come inspire each other, learn from each other, and encourage each other. I have the best girlfriends each with a different story and path that might help you AND you might have a story or suggestion that could help others. So shop and share, learn, and make some new girlfriends along the way.

Starting a new career at 58 might seem crazy to some but I love learning and taking on new challenges. Will Rogers once said, “When you are through learning, you are through.” Well, I am not through. I am overjoyed to be my own boss, work from home with my girlfriends, and prepare for my future grandbabies! Any girlfriends hearing me? Can I get a HOLLER?!
